We establish all legal forms of companies: private companies, public limited companies, individual companies, argicultural companies, public institutions, small communities and so on.
Our services. The process of establishing a company:
- Reservation of the company name. You are free to create your own.
- Document preparation for registering the company with the Register for Legal Entities and the Notary Office.
- Giving the company a legal address in Vilnius. The service is free for 1 year.
- Opening an account and contributing funds (at least €2,500.00) for the initial authorized capital formation for a privately held limited liability company.
- We represent the client before the Register for Legal Entities and the Notary Office as well as translate all the necessary documents into English or Russian.
Required information from the client:
- Name of the company;
- Details of the organizer(s), director, shareholders (names, surnames, personal ID numbers, dates of birth, places of residence), passport copies.
- The client must pay half of the company price in advance.
Duration:
A Company is established in a period of 3-4 working days. In case the Client does not arrive in Lithuania, he/she will receive all of the documents in 14-16 days.
