We offer new companies which have no debts and no liabilities

The process of buying company:

1. Choosing the name of the company (if You don’t like the names of companies from the list, You can offer new one and we will establish company with selected title);
2. Sending copy of passport, address and telephone number by email and paying 50% in advance to initiate the process;
3. When we get advance payment we will prepare all documents and will send them by email. You have to print them, sign and send back all these original documents by this address Odminių str. 8-14, Vilnius;
4. When we get documents, we can register them. The registration takes 3 business days from the submission of documents. When the documents are ready we scan and send business registration certificate for You by the email and request for the remaining 50% payment;
5. Paying the remaining 50 % amount;
6. Getting the remaining documents we send documents to the client by fast courier.
7. All procedure takes about 2-3 weeks.

Duration:

If You come to our office in Lithuania, we can arrange all documents per 1 day. All documents will be signed during one meeting. If you do not arrive to Lithuania, you will have all documents in the period of 14-16 days.

Documents can be prepared in Lithuanian, English and Russian languages (it depends on the parties of the contract).
